Surrey Association for Visual Impairment is looking for volunteers for ‘one off’ visits to visually impaired people’s homes to deliver bulky or expensive equipment.  The equipment may need a small amount of setting up in the person’s home, e.g. phones with memory dialling, talking book players etc.

You must be reliable, have a clean driving licence and have good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

To find out more about these opportunities (or the many other opportunities) please either drop in & meet the friendly staff at the Volunteer Centre Elmbridge, go to or call us on 01372 463 587.

We carry out confidential interviews Mon to Fri 10.00 am - 12.30 pm, (afternoons by arrangement). Call us to book an appointment.

We are also at Walton Library on Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm.
