The Ashley Centre celebrated their eclectic and impressive mix of shops, facilities and staff at the annual Retailer Awards held at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Saturday 14 October 2017.
Voted by the general public, shoppers named those who gave the best service possible and who they thought deserved the recognition for going that extra mile or being the best in their field.
The 2017 winners were:
Overall Best Retailer of the Year: Monsoon
Best Retail Presentation: The White Stuff
Best Customer Service: Monsoon
Best Marketing: Hatty’s Sweet Shop
Operational Excellence: New Look
Best Independent Retailer: Quest
Mall Person of the Year: Sonia Polido
Overall best retailer 2017: Waitrose
