We are currently recruiting for a Trainee / Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings & Property Management team in Epsom.
A rare opportunity has arisen within our lettings office for an additional negotiator to join the team. Working in a busy, fast paced office, this position would be best suited to an ambitious, commission driven individual.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Negotiator, responsibilities will include registering applicants, arranging and attending property viewings, negotiating lets and canvassing for new business. You will also need to meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager.
About you:
The ideal candidate will show a proven track record in generating new business, have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude, great customer service skills and be a highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department. Previous experience in lettings would be ideal but not essential.
Must have a full UK Driving licence and own vehicle
