Many local people have proved themselves to be local heroes during the current pandemic, and we want to celebrate them!

Do you know someone who has made a real difference to you or your community? Please tell us about them and how great they are so we can appreciate and thank them!

Just upload a photo to our Facebook The Ashley Centre on Facebook page and tell us in a few words why your local hero has made things better and made you smile during these unprecedented times.

Let’s celebrate all the great people we have in the area and flood social media with positivity!

Already local heroes who have been nominated have been:

Epsom Medical Equipment’s Bess Harding MBE, Viki Brooks (The Caped Crocheter) who has been responsible for organising the amazing crocheted post box hats that cheer up passers by), volunteers making scrubs for Epsom and St Helier Hospitals and Lerryn Reynoldson who started “Keep Epsom & Ewell Tidy” encouraging people to litter pick their local area.
