With the news that Jones Bootmaker has just signed the lease on the final empty retail outlet in The Ashley Centre it is a positive signal for the local economy to see the popular community shopping centre fully let.
The Ashley Centre General Manager David Beddows said: “In these tough economic times things are very difficult for retailers and we want to support them in any way we can. During the last 12 months we have been delighted to welcome new stores Muffin Break, Hotter Shoes and Pandora as well as our newest shop Jones Bootmaker, ensuring a good mix of retailers for our discerning shoppers. It is vital for the strength and prosperity of the town that our community shopping centre offers a good mix of shops and services and we are delighted that every available unit is now filled.”
