News from Hobbledown
We want our visitors to get as much as possible out of their visit to Hobbledown, which is why we’re extending our daily programme of events.
Every day at 11am one of our animal handlers will host a talk about our meerkats, one of Hobbledown’s most popular zoo animals. And there will be daily animal ‘meet and greets’ between 11.30am and 12.30pm, and from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Hobbledown wouldn’t be Hobbledown without the Hobblers, and visitors will get a chance to meet the famous Huck, Fern, Eliza and Professor Topperpot (or a mixture of) during the character walkabouts each day between 11am and 12pm, and 2pm to 3pm.
And don’t forget to check out our three new peacocks. They are quite a sight and have proved a huge hit with our social media followers who are currently competing to name them.
