Epsom and Ewell Council’s ranger service are trialling a scheme to reduce dog fouling in the area.
Stencilled messages are to be introduced at dog fouling areas – in the hope that the dogs owners will clear up after their pets.
The council are concerned that apart from the visual unpleasantness – the fouling is a physical health risk especially to young children.
So please – you know the drill – bag it and bin it….Thank you
