The Epsom Christmas Grotto 

Would you like to be part of our Christmas team here at the Grotto this year?

We are looking for Grotto Managers, Elves and Santa’s! 

Elves

We need outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to play the part of Santa’s elves. We are looking for people who not only have a professional approach to customer service but who are also able to drive sales whilst creating a magical and memorable experience for our customers. As an elf you will be responsible for welcoming children into the Grotto and ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable time. You may be responsible for operating our photography system and operate our till system, ensuring our company sales standards are met at all times. Ideal applicants will be confident and outgoing as a considerable amount of customer interaction and improvisation will be required throughout. A performance background is preferred but not essential. A full CRB check will be required along with references. Full and part time positions are available. Full training will be provided. Grotto Managers

We currently require a self-motivated manager/supervisor for our Christmas Grotto, to lead the team throughout the busy Christmas period in a fast paced environment. Successful applicants will have a professional approach to customer service and the ability to work independently under pressure whilst driving sales and creating a magical experience for our customers. We are looking for natural leaders that have the ability to manage a team of staff whilst reporting back to our head office on a daily basis. Applicants should have previous managerial experience. A full CRB check will be required along with references. CRB costs are covered by the employer. Full training provided. Santa

Do you have what it takes to play the part of Father Christmas? Experience is preferred but not essential. Meeting families and children and presenting gifts whilst creating a memorable experience. Training and costumes provided for these full and part time positions. CRB checks will be carried out.
