Nominate a nurse, midwife or healthcare assistant at Epsom, Sutton or St Helier hospitals who has made a real difference to you, for a national award.
The Claire Rayner Patient’s Choice Award, a national award named after the well-known agony aunt, broadcaster and patients’ champion, recognises those working in nursing and midwifery who patients feel deserve recognition.
Pippa Hart, director of nursing, said: "I know our team of 2,000 nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants are an incredibly dedicated bunch who won’t hesitate to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide our patients with the very best possible care.
"This award helps to give nursing and midwifery staff the recognition they deserve, whilst at the same time is an easy way for our patients to say thank you."
To nominate, visit http://www.patients-choice.co.uk or call 020 8423 1066 for an entry form.
The closing date for nominations is October 31.
