There are probably far more young carers in the community than many people realise.
These young people often miss out on many of the activities for their age due to their dedication to supporting their family.
My Time For Young Carers was established to help them. To help meet other children who are going through the same stresses and understand each other. To arrange events and activities to give them the time and break many need.
They currently run clubs in Epsom, Stoneleigh, Dorking and Fetcham – but with the number of young carers needing their support – there could be more clubs in the future.
My Time For Young Carers need all the help they can get – so if you would like to help by volunteering your time – or making a donation, please get in contact.
If you are a young carer, or know someone who is – this charity is meant for you – so don’t be afraid get in contact, they understand that you do need support and help –and some fun time.
