Momentum is a charity that supports the entire family during times of unimaginable strain. Being told your child has cancer or another life-limiting condition is devastating and can isolate the entire family, as well as the child themselves; this is where Momentum steps in.
They establish close links to the families and can identify ways to help fit their specific needs. Their support continues as long as the family needs it.
One of Momentum's main objectives as a charity is to improve the healing environment within local hospitals. Most recently, they have been able to fund a beautiful mosaic mural at the entrance to the Paediatric department at Kingston Hospital.
Momentum relies entirely on the kind donations and support of individuals and companies to further its work.
