The number of wills being contested is on the increase, with many people feeling they have a moral right to an inheritance, but in the terms of the Law where do they stand?

With extended family relationships, the lines of inheritance can become very complex. Yes – it is very important to have a will – but that will must also be legally valid.

The Head of Dispute Resolution at TWM Solicitors has written an article (featured in the Sunday Express in November) which gives excellent advice and guide lines.
