What should and should not be considered in holiday pay has been a contentious issue for many years.
In November The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) handed down judgment in the case of Bear Scotland v Fulton which looks at the calculation of holiday pay.
Subsequently new government regulations are coming into place.
