... Comments
Every Wednesday this month Passport to Summer includes craft workshops with a focus on good eating where children can make cress heads, recipe books, foodie mobiles and pot a plant. There will be healthy fun activities and with Core Wellness in conjunction with the British Heart Foundation every Thursday as well as free family eye tests and information from Seeability about checking healthy eyes on Fridays.

Visitors to the craft workshops will be given a personal passport and can collect points for prizes and giveaways from The Ashley Centre retailers.

David Beddows The Ashley Centre Manager said: “People have been enjoying the free activities and information we have put on about healthy living this summer and we are really pleased to be giving some local charities the opportunity to promote their work in this way. We hope visitors will be encouraged to support the charities and may learn some new tips in maintaining or improving a healthy lifestyle.”
