David Gillott the owner of Four Gables Fine Dining in Ashtead has a passion for food and a passion for passing on his knowledge.

This is a real hands-on day – the classes are small so you get lots of one-to-one time with David.
Tomorrow he runs a Perfect Puddings course – with dishes such as Churros (Spanish donuts) and lots more.
He runs regular courses throughout the year covering lots of aspects of cuisine – bread – pasta – fish – fusion – dinner party food.
Remember – Shelina was lucky having a brilliant Mum to teach her cooking – but I bet many of the Masterchef entrants enjoyed days at cooking classes.
