David Gillott, who owns Four Gables Fine Dining, is a chef with a passion for food who has been teaching privately for several years – and has now opened his own Food Academy in the newly built stable block.
Tomorrow 21st January is the first class - dedicated to making Bread & Pasta.
This will not be a teacher at the front of a large classroom showing you the techniques – this will be a truly hands on day – with classes small enough David will be able to take time with each student.
For those you have never been to a Food Academy– it really is great fun, and as you get to eat what you’ve cooked – the proof is in the pudding – or Bread & Pasta in this case.
