The Ashley Centre’s "filmtastic" summer is proving popular with many children having already taken part and created free make and take home activities every Wednesday from 10am-4pm.
Each week participants have been putting photos of their creations on The Ashley Centre Facebook page with a winner chosen each Friday. So far the Ragipi sisters were winners of the Paddington competition, Scarlett won the Minions competition and Jessica and Jake won the Jurassic Park goodies.
But there is still time to join in! On Wednesday 12 August Frozen fans can make Olaf pen holders by folding, drawing and creating funny Olaf shapes out of card, googly eyes and foam shapes, and then stick their Olaf to a white plastic cup to create a pen holder.
Shaun The Sheep cookies are on the menu on Wednesday 19 August. Children can turn yummy giant cookies into Shaun the Sheep with white icing and sweet marshmallow toppings.
Finally Alvin and The Chipmunks are the theme on Wednesday 26 August. Make your own Roadchip numberplates using lots of craft items and celebrate the squeaky voiced heroes in style.
All Filmtastic Wednesday activities will be free of charge and on outside House of Fraser in The Ashley Centre each Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.
