Celebrating 75th Anniversary

This year the Town Parade will be celebrating the local community in the year of the Borough's 75th Anniversary and will be led by the 135 Independent Geographic Royal Engineers (V) squadron.
The proposed route will start at Upper High Street and incorporates Ashley Avenue, High Street, Waterloo Road, Chase Road and finishes in Rosebery Park where there will be entertainment and exhibitions. The Armed Forces flag will also be raised in the Town Centre in honour of Armed Forces Day on 30 June.
