The Epsom & Ewell Foodbank helps people in crisis by providing them with the basic foods they need to survive.
So where do they get the food from – mainly from you the public.
They hold special days at local supermarkets where they collect food donations from the shoppers.
Can you help with those collections?
On both Friday and Saturday between 8:00am and 6:30pm can you spare some time?
Even just one hour will help.
You won’t be alone – there will be other volunteers there to show you the ropes.
