The festive season is almost here and as well as the annual family pantomime Wizard of Oz and Santa Claus and the Magical Christmas Adventure in the Myers Studio the Epsom Playhouse is putting on some Christmas music for all ages and tastes.

Drifters original member Roy G Hemming brings his multi award winning show Motown Christmas Party to Epsom Sunday 30 November. A party celebration of timeless Motown and soul classics with a sprinkling of sparkling Christmas hits, the show celebrates 50 years of Motown.

On Monday 1 December The Glenn Miller Orchestra led by Ray McVay will perform big band live with Miller hits including In The Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Pennsylvania 65000 and of course Moonlight Serenade plus original arrangements of some Christmas favourites.

There will be a matinee performance on Wednesday 3 December at 2.30pm with a popular Christmas nostalgia show Remember When At Christmas. This delightful and unforgettable trip down memory lane stars Neil Sands and a cast of West End performers who will encourage the audience to join in and sing along and take them back to a wonderful time gone by.

On Friday 5 December comedian Rainer Hersch conducts a brand new yuletide treat – a jamboree of classic UK singles chart Christmas Number Ones! Terrific comedy with a huge dollop of festive cheer as seen on BBC1’s The One Show. Join in with Bohemian Rhapsody, Hallelujah, Merry Christmas Everybody, Ernie (The Fastest Milkman In The West), Mull of Kintyre and many more.

Tickets are on sale now and can be booked at: www.epsomplayhouse.co.uk or by ringing the Box Office on 01372 742555/742227.
