Emily the Elf from Epsom & Ewell Borough Council has a message for you
Dear Local Business!
We would love for you to be a part of Epsom’s annual Christmas Event which will be held on Thursday 24th November. As you are aware the event is a popular, family festive celebration pulling in 3000 plus local residents. It runs from 4pm-9pm and provides a variety of family attractions and Christmas cheer.
This year we are looking to showcase even more local businesses and provide more fun and cheer for the Town. We are inviting local traders and businesses to apply for a stall on the evening. Whilst promoting your business or local service we would love there to be an activity element. We are looking for face painting, balloons, lucky dips and other child friendly activities. Mascots and games are popular too!
There will be 2 main charities collecting on the evening – Momentum, raising funds for children with Cancer. In particular for Casey Ward at Epsom Hospital. The second charity is Tadworth Children’s Trust, providing care and support for children with brain injury. We would love for you to help us match fund and collect on the night.
We aim to make the event as family friendly and economical as possible. Therefore we provide most of our attractions on a suggested donation basis. Here is a list of what we have organised so far:
There is also an opportunity for you to sponsor some of these attractions. We are also looking for volunteers to man the collections and assist with running these attractions. We have attached an application form for a promo stall. If you wish to talk about sponsorship or supporting us we would love to hear from you!
