It’s been a busy summer for Dandelion Theatre Arts! Following the sell out performance of Bugsy Malone at the Epsom Playhouse by students from the Epsom, Langley Vale and Ashtead classes in July, there were summer holiday workshops of Alice in Wonderland in Epsom, Footloose in Langley Vale and The Lion King in Dorking.
Principal Jennai Alberts said: It’s been a really exciting and noisy summer with so many workshops and performances! We have worked with literally hundreds of local children this summer and it’s been an absolute blast. Most kids are drawn to some aspect of the performing arts and there isn’t always the time or space at school to fully develop their creativity. We aim to give them that chance and we can’t wait to start again with new and existing students in September. Our Christmas production is already planned!”
