There has been a media maelstrom lately about 'beach body ready'...lots of controversy, and articles about people spending thousands of pounds on surgery to "achieve " this apparent 'look'
There is way too much pressure from the media to achieve this perceived beautiful body
Be healthy, eat well, don't smoke, stay out of the sun to reduce risk of skin cancers, and the ageing rays, and exercise regularly. If you do these things you will look and feel better. Then, if you feel you need the extra help that cosmetic surgery can give you, take advice, come and see us for a consultation.
Tummy tucks, breast implants, liposuction and the rest, may help you to feel and look your best, but please combine it with all the other factors, and not a substitute for not exercising or eating healthily.
Why not aim for Personal Best, not Beach Body Best...after all, a good health body is for life, not just for the beach.
