The weather was great – so was the company - and all with a touch of Magic.
Our monthly event opened as always with a cocktail – the delicious canapés were to follow later – hosted by CHALK LANE HOTEL – they were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
Network groups were formed to ensure we had a real mixture of local businesses meeting each other.
With the lovely weather – several groups gathered on the terrace, enjoying the early evening sun.
Our three member spotlights were presented by:
Paul Thame from HOME INSTEAD SENIOR CARE EPSOM. Paul is passionate about this work and gave a great insight into the services they offer.
MARIA FURTEK HYNOTHERAPY gave a truly interactive presentation, with other guests involved in highlighting Maria’s approach to ‘Taking the weight off your mind’.
An all-round entertainer and fab networker THEO THE MAGICIAN spoke of his versatility and ability to engage audiences of all ages.
Our charity spotlight saw Dorothy and Joanna from THE SUNNYBANK TRUST tell us about the wonderful work they do in the area for people with severe learning disabilities.
And here comes that touch of Magic…
THEO THE MAGICIAN entertained us all with his close-up tricks – keep looking you still can’t see how he does it!!
And then – interactive magic – plate spinning. Everyone had a go – some were naturals – others not quite so good – but great fun.
We had three lucky winners on the night taking away prizes from:
We have some wonderful reminders of the event – with these great pictures taken by Gill Alexander @ BARRET & COE – our guest photographer for the evening.
The evening was wonderfully arranged and organised by Hannah Hall from SUNFLOWER CORPORATION and as always with Hannah everything ran very smoothly.
