Age Concern Epsom Launches New Website
3rd October 2014

Age Concern Epsom & Ewell cares for the lives of older people in Epsom & Ewell by providing information and a range of services through a passionate team of staff and committed volunteers with local knowledge.

On 2nd October I popped along to the ACEE website launch and mingled with a fair few caring faces from the Epsom & Ewell district - including one of our members, Paul Tame - from Home Instead!

Part of the launch, involved taking part in a 'web quiz' (I cannot escape computers), which was actually a great way of getting myself and the other attendees to explore the site and discover the useful information on offer.

Did you know:

  • Age Concern Epsom & Ewell turned down 0 volunteers last year
  • The charity works closely with Hart Scales & Hodges to provide a free legal clinic
  • If you are aged 60 or over, Age Concern may be able to transport you to your hospital appointments

...yes, that's right, despite crunching through many-a-handful of nibbles I managed to absorb the key facts and retain them!

You can visit the new ACEE website by clicking here.

You might like to follow them on Twitter, too!
