We have been renting for 12 years and in that time we used have used 3 different estate agents, 2 of which provided an awful stressful service, but The Personal Agent have been brilliant throughout, especially Joe Frost. Joe promptly answered phone/email queries, provided clear instructions of the rental process and generally made everything easy and stress free.

We were buying a property only without selling an existing one. The chain was fairly small but the vendors purchase was complex. Richard, was very transparent about what was going on and regular communication, having bought and sold many houses the level of communication and honesty was very refreshing.
Personal Agent also helped with recommendations around removals and other trades, I would thoroughly recommend Personal Agent.
