5⭐ for The Personal Agent in Epsom. We have had a difficult sale of our property using another agent hut everyone has been so patient and understanding. We bought through The Personal Agent, Joe and Grace were fantastic. Kept in constant contact and updated us when needed.
Sarah in sales progression was brilliant, communicated well and regularly.
All staff were friendly, professional and trust worthy. They could be contacted at most times and would always reply or call back when they were not.
We have finally exchanged and now can't wait to enjoy our new house. Thank you Personal Agent for help finding our perfect home.

I approached Personal Agents to re-let my flat as my previous tenants (also found by Personal Agents) had given notice. Joe Frost arranged viewing on the following Saturday. I received 3 offers on the day.

I approached Personal Agents to re-let my flat as my previous tenants (also found by Personal Agents) had given notice. Joe Frost arranged viewing on the following Saturday. I received 3 offers on the day.

Found a buyer within the first few days, very friendly and helpful. I think however that the sold sign went up prematurely and they could have continued to market my property to achieve a higher sale price over the following months while the buyers were getting their own sale in order.
Rather than ‘Sold’ it may have been in my better interests to have ‘Under Offer’ during this time.

The Person Agent- It does exactly what it says. It provides you with a very effective and personal service to sell your house.
My wife and I had a very positive experience when dealing with The Personal Agent. After trying to sell our house for 12 weeks with one of Personal Agents' competitors,we thought we'd try Personal Agent.
They Managed to get an offer on the table in around 3 weeks, of which we accepted. We subsequently have now sold our house and are looking forward to moving into our new property in the next few days.Great pictures, fantastic communication and being realistic when pricing our house, were, in my opinion, all very important contributing factors in getting the job done.
If the chance ever presents itself again, I would go back to use The Personal Agent without hesitation.
