I am a construction site manager and have been working in the Croydon area and staying hotels for long periods of time and really needed a place of my own . The first positive thing was after work most estate agents are closed but Personal agent stays open till 7pm. I went into their Banstead branch who took my details and said someone will be in touch tomorrow,. sure enough Tom contacted me the next day as promised we had a good chat regarding my circumstances and requirements and within 24 hours Tom had an apartment that ticked all the right boxes. I arranged a viewing the following day, met the landlord which in turn resulted in a moving in day just two weeks later. The paperwork and documentation required went smoothly and without complications. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Personal Agent as they just couldn't do enough for me, the week after moving into my fantastic apartment i received a phone call from Tom asking if i was happy ?<br><br>Thanks Again Tom and the Personal Agent Team !!

I didn't like lettings Agencies to much, because bad experience in the pass, until I came across this guys. Had a great experience and the process was smooth and easy. Tom Day was a great help and he met our request of moving in then a week.<br>I highly recommend The Personal Agent Letting Agency.

The team here managed my property while I was abroad and provided a great service, with regular clear updates in the condition of the property and managed to re-let the property with minimal non-tenancy after the initial people moved out. The close-out and handing back of the property was done extremely professionally and I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking have their property managed.
