Personal Agent Lettings are a competent, effective and friendly team. As landlords we have been working with them for 7 years. Never had issues with tenant acquisition, void periods or payment. We get good support for maintenance and repair issues. Highly recommend.

I have reduced my stress by having all my property with the team at The Personal Agent. They look after a property in Wimbledon, out of their area to make things easier for me. If a tenant moves on they usually get me a new tenant ready to move in almost immediately. Very happy with the whole team.

We had already sold our house and needed to move very swiftly. We viewed a house and less than 5 weeks later we have exchanged contracts largely due to Sarah’s professional manner and timely response to our queries.
