Valuation of property for sale was backed up with market data and exactly matched the price achieved. Sales commission was competitive with no notice period. Marketing/sales effort was very professional. Local office volunteered to keep an eye on our vacant property. As a Landlord who has used The Personal Agent for many years to let my partners flat, I have always been impressed with their professionalism and sound advice. We have never had any problems previously, but this year we had a tricky situation (not a problem) and they expertly advised us how to deal with it to get the best outcome and their advice was brilliant and the situation resolved quickly and for everyone. Being a landlord is not easy when there is so much legislation now surrounding everything we have to do and laws to comply with which is why you have to know you are in safe hands with people who really know what they are doing and understand lettings really well, and (more importantly) who have the experience to help when the unexpected may happen. I would have always left a 5 star review, but after the help they have given me this year, I would give them 10 stars for going above and beyond. Thanks to all the team and especially Cheryl.

Excellent, professional and first class customer care from Anna Marchesi. Anna demonstrated incredible attention to detail when asked any questions in relation the make-up, structure and configuration of the house. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping to explain some of the niceties around purchasing a house and was always willing to offer a strategic way forward whenever I asked any seemingly challenging or searching questions. Anna combined her professionalism with a genuineness and warmth of personality. I highly recommend her and commend Personal Agent for the excellent all round customer service delivered in the process of viewing a property.
