Would thoroughly recommend The Personal Agent in Epsom. Ray was incredibly helpful, patient and efficient throughout the whole process, ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. Natasha at The Personal Agent is a credit to the team!! I have recently been forced to move and prior to finding a property with The Personal Agent I had found a good property with another agent in Epsom. I eventually walked away from this other property because of the attitude by the staff at the other agents. Here at The Personal Agent the attitude is so very very different helpful kind attentive and above all else a politeness that I thought had disappeared in modern Britain. How absolutely refreshing. Ethan and Callum have been so attentive regarding my move and whilst still stressful they have helped immensely. Because of this I cannot but recommend The Personal Agent and both Callum and Ethan

The third time we have used personal agent for buying and selling and they have been excellent as always. The real advantage they offer is the local knowledge of the area and answers and assurance they can provide despite how difficult solicitors, the council and housing associations try to make it!
