Cheryl and her team, Ria, Daniellle and Joe, did a great job. Everything was straight forward. From meeting at the property, providing details of the fee structure, agreeing the rental amount, marketing, feedback and monitoring. We were also guided through what was required of us EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates etc. A tenant was soon found. Tenancy agreement signed, Inventory drawn up and handover all carried out smoothly. I have used The Personal Agent quite a few times over the years and thoroughly recommend them.

Cannot recommend Charlotte and The Personal Agent highly enough!
There are a lot of negative connotations when it comes to estate agents, but from the very start, Charlotte went over and above in understanding our requirements and finding us suitable properties within our budget.

The personal agent were absolutely fantastic in helping me find my 1-bed apartment and getting me moved in asap. I am more than happy with the services and assistance received from all the team in both the build-up to moving in and also after settling in. They are always at hand with any queries that need solving- for a professional and efficient service, I would recommend the personal agent to all.
