I have been with the Personal Agent now for over a year - albeit I was let down by the first landlord, Ria and Lily at Epsom helped smooth the way to the beautiful home I am now in. Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. 100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.

Joe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When we've visited in branch everyone was so polite and friendly, they all made us feel welcome. Paperwork was dealt with in a very effective way and organised well. Very pleased overall and we be telling our friends and family what great Estate Agents they are.

The Personal Agent found me a very suitable tenant in record time, 3 days in fact! I found that Cheryl in Banstead and Ria, Kerrie and the team in Epsom to be very proactive and professional in the marketing and promotion of my property , not only did they secure me a tenant quickly but more importantly the right tenant who met my criteria.
