Although the process was a difficult and challenging one at times, Andrew and Cat kept me informed about progress and any issues. They promptly returned calls and chased queries I raised. My estate agent was great. She (Kristine) was informative and knowledgable without being pushy. I didn’t get bombarded with properties that didn’t fit my price range or area of choice (like some others) I would recommend the personal agent.

All telephone and correspondence seemed good, they did not show me around the house as the owner wanted to do that himself. So it would be unfair to give 5 stars without sampling this part of the service
