Having had negative experience with another local estate agents whom I worked with for several years, I got in touch with the Personal Agent to let out a one-bed flat and within a couple of days we had two offers! A big 'Thank You' to Joe who dealt with all our communications with the prospective tenants. Although we did experience a couple of issues, he made sure they were rectified promptly! Their fee structure is also transparent without hidden costs. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to other landlords!

They have been knowledgeable, responsive, patient and very friendly. They have put us at ease at times when we felt anxious. 5⭐ for The Personal Agent in Epsom. We have had a difficult sale of our property using another agent hut everyone has been so patient and understanding. We bought through The Personal Agent, Joe and Grace were fantastic. Kept in constant contact and updated us when needed.
