What can we say about Joe, absolutely fantastic! We have just exchanged on an extremely complicated chain and if it wasn't for Joe's relentless chasing and tenacious personality this exchange wouldn't have happened. I have learnt that accepting an offer is just the beginning, you also need an agent that is prepare to chase the after sale for you.

Meeting Adam from the personal agent has made our hunt for a property ten times easier. I have been working with Joe to secure me my first property and I can honestly say he has been amazing. I am in property myself and the experience I have had with other agents in the area is nothing less than awful. My dealings specifically relate to Joseph Edwardson and Amish Bodhania.
To give some context: My partner and I were first time buyers and had previously put an offer in on no chain maisonette which after 10 months of waiting around and pushing with Eastons decided to pull out of, because we were getting no where and had the worst experience.
With personal agent and specifically Joe and Amish, we started the chain (being first time buyers) and ended up being in a 4 person chain from August and have now got a completion date for December. The service and responsiveness of both Joe and Amish have been 5 star. My partner and I have been impressed with their professionalism throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
We did have a few hiccups with the chain and Joe and Amish both dealt with this really well and managed to keep the whole chain up to date and moving smoothly. This is a far cry from what we experienced with Eastons and I highly recommend personal agent to both buyers and sellers.
I would be using them again when we eventually decide to sell and will be advising others to do the same. They just get the job done but you feel they have the managed to get the right level of firm and compassionate with the stressful situation you are in.

This is a review for the personal agent at the Epsom branch. Excellent agent, Adam answered all the questions in a timely fashion that enabled the purchase to complete very smoothly and quickly. Nothing is too much trouble as he went out of his way to even take calls and work on his day off. Polite and courteous at all times . Have no doubts about using this estate agent you will not be disappointed.
