Thank goodness for the invention of The Sales Progressor! I cannot recommend Sarah Goddard highly enough. Without Sarah’s help in acting as go between and getting to the bottom of problems, we would certainly have lost the house we were buying. Sarah put the solicitors to shame by working at a 21st century pace against working practices from the Charles Dickens era. Thank you Sarah, we need more of you.

We were very impressed when we first met with Richard when he came to value the property and give us great advice that we were looking for. We knew after meeting Richard that it was Personal Agent who we wanted to market our property.
The brochure and video tour that the team put together was so impressive. We were introduced to Joe who was put in charge of the sale and he arranged and conducted the open day which was a huge success with numerous viewings and offers. Joe’s communication with us was excellent and he kept us informed at all times. In fact all members of the Epsom branch were extremely helpful whenever I telephoned.
After an offer was accepted Sarah stepped in from the Progression Team to keep us updated and to get the sale completed. She too was excellent throughout.
We would highly recommend Personal Agent, they truly provide a personal and professional service.

The Sales Progressor, Sue Boardman, was outstanding throughout for our sale, with nothing too much trouble to help with. We were against the clock with the Stamp Duty holiday coming to a close, and Sue was pivotal to making our completion happen prior to the deadline . Fully recommend Personal Agent to others.

Had a great experience when Rebekah handled my leaving of my rental. She answered all of my questions and dealt with my case quickly and efficiently. She was kind and easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns. My end of tenancy was completed in a few days thanks to Rebekah, which is so helpful when moving between rentals!

Had a great experience with Personal Agent in an otherwise extremely stressful time of completing before stamp duty holiday. Joe from the Epsom branch was instrumental in the original negotiation of the deal and did a fab job in ensuring timely exchange ahead of 30th June. There were few bumps along the way only because of the urgent nature of the sell but I'm very pleased with the professional nature with which it was all handled and happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend to everyone.
