Just a quick note to offer my sincere thanks to Mr Chris Shaw at The Personal Agent. Other estate agents in epsom have been unsuccessful in trying to sell my property. Thankfully I then found Chris ar TPA. Chris has skillfully guided me through the somewhat tricky process of selling a leasehold apartment. At all times during the process Chris has been transparent, helpful and upbeat. Chris is a credit to both himself and TPA. If you're thinking of buying or selling a property in or around Epsom I suggest you give TPA and Chris a call - believe me you will not be disappointed with the service that you receive. This is the first property I’ve bought and was quite apprehensive about the process due to stories from friends who used other agents and had quite a bumpy ride. Our whole experience though with the Personal Agent was really positive. John was informative, helpful and easy to communicate with. Callum and Chris at The Personal Agent have been excellent. Chris who initially showed me around the property and again on two other occasion was more than happy to do so on request, he was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area.
Chris was brilliant in coordinating everything and answering my multitude of questions. The whole process from my first enquiry to the viewing and my moving in went without a hitch and this is owning to the high level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Callum and Chris.
