Big thank you to Simon who laid amtico floor in the family bathroom. I liked it so much that now I will replicate it in my on suite. Simon was very precise with the measurement and very patient laying every small triangle from the edges.

I always get my flooring from here and have done for over 12 years. Great selection and definetly most professional flooring place around. They aren't the cheapest but definetly the best. Amtico, Karndean or carpets all the best stuff.

Update on previous review:
So Tony from Milners contacted me to immediately after I posted this review to apologise. They apologised for the poor service and said that they would retrain the staff member. Also, they kept providing regular updates to me on my order. Really tried t make it up. There was a mirror that was damaged by one of the installers, and they took full responsibility in having this repaired. Garry Milner personally came to drop off the mirror at my house and reassure that service is still their priority.
Happy to recommend them and use them going forward.

Huge range of carpets & flooring and I was guided brilliantly by the staff. From making my choices & getting the various floorings laid i was informed of the lead time & it was actually quicker & the fitters were super. I am thrilled with the result and my house looks so good. Can’t thank them enough as I was very daunted by the task.

The whole of the shop is filled with such beautiful, unusual & classy purchases. Some are quite expensive, but you really do get what you pay for & so many items here are just gorgeous.

We chose Milners and an Amtico flooring a few months ago. We are really pleased with the flooring and especially Simon the fitter who was a perfectionist, lining up the sheets against the walls, no bumps and even when moving furniture around.

Milners carpeted three of our bedrooms and installed new flooring in our kitchen and utility room. Their service was impeccable from start to finish and went above and beyond what we expected. From matching a competitors quote to repairing a tile, that our cat managed to damage, without complaint. We will have no hesitation in using them again. An absolutely outstanding job! The new extension to our church, St Mary's in Headley, is shaped as an octagon so we wanted the flooring to complement the building design. We worked with Milners using Amtico to develop the design with a central motif and with the surround laid to reflect the octagon. What a stunning result! The flooring certainly enhances the extension and Garry Milner and his colleagues have been a pleasure to work with. Thank you Milners!

I have taken a wonderful employment opportunity at Milners at the start of June 2020. I have never been in the flooring sales environment. I have been taught so much about the flooring industry by the excellent team at Milners. I must say I enjoy coming to work and I throughly love the team. I am so great full for the team for giving me this amazing opportunity. I learn something new every day and what I love the most is taking the initial steps for a floor covering to see it being laid and to top it off hearing back from customers about how pleased they are. Simon did an excellent job yesterday laying Amtico flooring in our newly refurbished bathroom. He was careful and meticulous in laying a somewhat complex floor pattern and left everything clean and tidy. We are very happy.

Had my hall, stairs and landing carpeting replaced by Milners and I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the fitter was very tidy and did an excellent job. The carpet looks good and feels very luxurious underfoot. Would definitely recommend.

I have just had a new carpet for my hall, stairs and landing. I went to Milners in Ashtead to make my choice and was given so much time and help. Nothing was too much trouble and for that reason I am delighted with my purchase. Choosing new carpet is a daunting business and one where you cannot afford to make what could be an expensive mistake.
