I visited Chatfields to have my rings altered. Alex and her colleagues were really helpful, carefully advising me on the new size required. I had not considered how the temperature could affect the size of my fingers so as we were making the alterations just before Christmas, this advice was invaluable to ensure the rings did not become too tight during the summer months.
The rings were altered promptly and the text notification was really useful.
I have already recommended Chatfields to a number of friends & family and will continue to do so.

I would like to add here that Davids enthusiasm for supporting local business is absolutely incredible, the way that local business is represented is absolutely top class, bringing those businesses to the attention of a bigger customer base than they could ever hope for on their own. David and Zarah have written a feature for me which represents my business which I looked over before publication, it blew me away I didn't have to amend anything, the writing style was engaging, interesting, well researched and above all represents my business in a great light for those outside of our industry looking in. It's a great venue with an amazing atmosphere. This beautiful old theatre (oldest in town) was threatened with closure until a four brilliant guys took on its management (whilst holding down full time jobs). They have recruited very willing volunteers to usher, who are always friendly and helpful and willing to join in with any audience participation, leading to a great evening of fun. The fact that these people have managed to keep this lovely theatre open has meant that some great entertainment has come to Eastbourne. Patrons and performers alike have been extremely complimentary on trip advisor, facebook and twitter, and rightly so!
