I've not personally stayed here but my relatives have and they love it here. It's been recently refurbished which instantly puts it ahead of many other hotels in Eastbourne. Add that it right next to the pier, has great views, marvelous entertainment and all for a reasonable price. It's not 5 star in the traditional fashion so I've not given it 5.

Came here via Shearings and the place is good for 3 stars food is good and the staff are all very good. The hotel itself is a bit dated even though many rooms have been refurbished. We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure is pretty non existent with poor water hardly wetting you in the shower. But all in all a very nice weeks stay.

Won't be returning, very outdated and our friends were kept awake all night by noisey men in room underneath, rang reception at 4.30 and they fobbed us off by saying they didn't know where the noise was coming from. Staff couldn't care less
