At the start of my application, I did not enjoy my experience with 1 Answer Insurance. Information requested to support my application was ignored, duplicitous and often followed by threats to cancel my insurance. I was initially told 'at my age I was a risk-free driver, no points and 9 years NCB' yet my problems continued for a month until I spoke with Christina Rushworth who within two days managed to convey to the underwriters what Bashir failed to do from day one. If she hadn't succeeded, I was prepared to take my business elsewhere. Whether I'm completely satisfied depends on if you send me my insurance policy any time soon.
