I had a great session with Mina recently - she really knows her stuff particularly relating to social media for business. As a start-up this is vital info and the discipline of consistency with social media was emphasised. Lots of in-depth issues discussed, analysing engagement to establish where the sweet spots are and discussions about how SM changes regularly, new features added on Facebook for e.g.. Highly recommended.

The training course which covered Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, learning how to take advantage of them for building up a business, was fantastic. I was impressed.
