Room has dodgy looking stains on carpets and hotel needs lick of paint, The police been here two nights on the trot. Full of rowdy pensioners but the staff are lovely on the plus side

Super place. Mind blowing what us humans achieved so many moons ago. Seems to be a favourite with dog walkers. Outer wall which is free to walk in and out of, inner wall and fortress to be paid for. Amazing.

Nice ruin and small village. Didn't pay to go inside just had a walk around the outside. Looks like a nice independent tea room by the carpark but we visited on a Sunday and it was closed. Not a full day out activity but nice to visit if passingVisited on
