Great, we will definitely come back soon.
Everything was great, nice to see a pool table in a hotel.
Water pressure in our shower and the temperature was to hot or to cold.

Short break on a budget.
It's a budget hotel in exellent position right opposite pier. Facilities are limited owing to coach your cancellation.
But although dates it's clean comfortable with great staff. Highly recommended. Problems with lift (hopefully sorted)

Lovely staff, top location, would stay again
Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful regarding parking. Amazing location.
The lift broke multiple times during the stay. I don’t imagine it’s something the staff could do to help but we had to lug all our heavy things to the top floor and back!

The location is fantastic. It is a two minute walk from the town centre. The parking is very close. The car parking permit cost £2 a day.

Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was also excellent.
The bar could have been better stocked. There was only Fosters lager available and no ale available (not even in bottles)

One step from the beach and the pier
The location was great, very convenient for catching the beach train to the cliff and the sightseeing bus, just in front of the Pier.
