This is a beautiful shop. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they exchanged a bracelet which I had bought for my daughters 40th birthday when the link broke. I was amazed at their kindness. They definitely deserve to win.

Chatfields are a fabulous jewellers who I have used for years firstly in their Seaford shop then in their Eastbourne shop They cater for all price ranges and are extremely helpful when decisions need to be made ( well in my case anyway) courteous polite and very friendly staff

Myself and my partner had been looking for our wedding bands for some while when we discovered Chatfields Jewellers in Eastbourne. The staff were so friendly and full of knowledge it made us feel really confident with our purchase (buying wedding bands for us was a big deal)! We didn't feel pressured, rushed or 'a nuisance'. The experience was special and something we won't forget for many years to come! Couldn't recommend Chatfields more highly to anyone wanting to make a special purchase!

Chatfields is my first choice of jeweller. Fabulous personal service, friendly staff, wonderful ranges of jewellery and excellent after sales care too. I was initially sorry that they had to move from Seaford to Eastbourne but actually I love the modern, bigger store more.
