The hotel was in a superb location, very close to everything. Staff were lovely and friendly and my room was nice, comfy and clean. Very good value for money. I will definitely stay here again

The location was excellent, right by the pier. We could walk straight on to the Promenade. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The room was also very clean, with an excellent view of the pier. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean comfortable so close to the Pier and 5 minute walk to the Town Centre. The staff were friendly and obliging and the cleaning staff were lovely
It was a shame they didn't do breakfast, even a continental one would have been nice, but having said that plenty of places to have breakfast nearby

Fabulous holiday and will definitely return
We had room only which was excellent even had a sea view. Also had a lift. Location for us was amazing . The staff always had a smike for you and were very friendly
Maybe their own car park as sometimes not easy to park close to the hotel.
