She answered many questions we had about social media, gave good advice on how to use it and provided answers to questions we didn't even realise we wanted to ask. I do not enjoy anything to do with social media to the point of being allergic to it! I found the social media course today very informative and I now understand the basics well enough to try advertising etc myself. I did not expect to gain this much confidence at all. The presentation was excellent and we were taken through each point step by step. I found the topic of photo uploading and sizing very helpful too. That had put me off attempting images in the past.
