I had a great session with Mina recently - she really knows her stuff particularly relating to social media for business. As a start-up this is vital info and the discipline of consistency with social media was emphasised. Lots of in-depth issues discussed, analysing engagement to establish where the sweet spots are and discussions about how SM changes regularly, new features added on Facebook for e.g.. Highly recommended.
