Inset day and like many others thought it would be good to take kids to knockhatch- only downside was that rides were only open intermittently during day- managed to get the kids on all rides but only once - haven't been here before but some good activities although mostly for younger kids - not sure if the park merits 3 or 4 stars- Dino play barn really great and kids (6 & 8) loved running around in here- castle also fantastic- worth admission by itself!! Could do with more staff around site!

I’ve been multiple of times over the last 10years. There’s something to do for all ages. Sad my son is slowly growing out as he is nearing teenage hood as attractions mostly geared at younger children but nice that a couple that are fun for the olders like the wave runner and drop slides as well as go karts. It’s a brilliant day out for the family as so much more chilled than some of the theme parks, less spread out, much less queuing and the animals an added bonus and you can bring your own picnic.

Really nice family day out. Went on bank holiday weekend and it was busy, but not too busy. All the animals were great, and some nice play areas for the kids. Food is reasonably priced but we, took a picnic and really enjoyed ourselves. Staff were all great and parking was good.<br><br>Star of the show was the owls!

Very quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, we were there for the meerkat experience, which was great, very informative keeper and animals seemed very content and looked after. They currently have meerkat kittens, and the lemurs also have two young! Lots for younger children to do

Good family day out, some of the features we're a bit lame like the Sherlock Holmes feature which was probably because we went right at the end without much of an explanation of the end result. The castle, splash park and animal features were most enjoyable. My kids liked the otters and the owls!

Bring a picnic... Loads of space to eat... And just buy coffees and doughnuts... Didn't get food from restaurant as did look tasty as kids stated 😂
