Eva, from the Yoga Life studio is THE best yoga teacher. She has a deep understanding of the needs of each of the ‘bodies’ in her classes - Young, old, bendy and not so flexible! She encourages use of adaptations and props. Her lessons cover physical, psychological and spiritual needs. She has been a life-saver during these difficult times.

Congratulations to the yoga life studio for being so helpful during this Covid19 period of isolation. It is ‘open’ on line everyday of the week and there are a great number of classes to choose from as well as many teachers welcoming us in our own homes. They offer their services on a donation basis which is very generous of them.
